Will my product change color, freeze or separate?
No, it should not. We suggest keeping your active botanical mist at room temperature, but personally love a chilled spritz from the fridge too.
How long will my product last?
Our active botanical facial mists will last 12 months from opening.
Do you test on animals?
NEVER! NEVER! NEVER!
Where does Arq Botanics ship?
We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico and all US territories. We want to be everywhere you are. Tag us @Arqbotanics so we know where you need us to be.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot ship internationally, but hope to soon.

Yes! We currently offer free standard shipping on any order over $50
Can I cancel my order?
We do start to process orders immediately, but will do whatever we can.

Shipping to the U.S. and Puerto Rico
Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order.
You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Also please know that shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii take longer. About 12-15 days. Any shipping or tracking questions, just e mail us firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Email us at email@example.com and we can provide you with a returns number.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Our primary focus is your happiness with our products. Just e mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the products you'd like to exchange or return, and we can help you from there.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards or debit cards as well as Amazon Pay, Google Pay and Pay Pal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks or money orders.
